ADHD, Burnout, and the Pressure to Hold It All Together

You’re not broken.

You’re not lazy.

You’re not too much.

➔ You’re just exhausted from trying to function in a world that wasn’t built for your brain.

I offer ADHD therapeutic coaching with a trauma-informed lens and lived experience at the core.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, undiagnosed-but-curious, or deep in burnout,  this is a space to unmask, slow down, and reset.

This isn’t about “fixing” you.

It’s about helping you work with your brain, not against it.

Is This Coaching Right for You?

“If you’re lying in bed having full-blown conversations in your head about things that happened years ago, you’re not mad. You’re processing.”

➔ It’s quiet.

➔ The house is finally still.

➔ And that’s when the mask drops.

For so many of us with ADHD, the day is spent surviving.

And the night?

That’s when our brain wants to make sense of everything.

This work is about helping you feel less overwhelmed, more in control,  and more yourself.

Collaborative Coaching Approach

My Story

I wasn’t diagnosed until adulthood.

I masked. I people-pleased. I overworked.

And still… I felt like I was always behind.

What I now know is that ADHD looks different in women and AFAB people.

It hides in:

  • ➔ Perfectionism

  • ➔ Emotional dysregulation

  • Food issues and burnout

  • ➔ Overthinking and impulsive spending

  • ➔ Shame around “not doing enough”

Now, I help others unpick those patterns.

Together, we rebuild safety, self-trust, and structure that fits the real you,  not the version you’ve been pretending to be.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to start coaching?

No, a formal diagnosis is not required to begin coaching with us. We welcome clients at all stages of their journey, whether you’re exploring a potential diagnosis or have been living with one for years.

Can I combine coaching with other treatments?

Absolutely. Our coaching can complement other treatments you may be receiving. We believe in a holistic approach and are happy to work alongside other professionals to support your recovery.

What should I expect in my first session?
